Pa-Flex Rubber Increases Consumer Satisfaction with Six Sigma Methodology

Pa-Flex Kauçuk CEO Cafer Basık, who stated that they continue their quality and R&D studies with the ‘Six Sigma’ methodology they have adopted in order to carry the brand’s success to a higher level, said, “Six Sigma is an approach focused on process and customer satisfaction, created to solve current problems and design new products and processes at the Six Sigma quality level by blending important management ideas and experiences from the past for business success. This approach improves process performance and keeps the error rate at a minimum level. We are also conducting studies to increase consumer satisfaction, reduce errors and increase work efficiency with the Six Sigma methodology we have adopted.”
How do you evaluate the position of the Pa-Flex brand in the sector? What kind of development graph do you think you have seen in the last year?
While being one of the few companies in Turkey that manufacture elastomeric rubber foam products, we are progressing towards becoming the number one elastomeric rubber foam manufacturer in Turkey with our 100% domestic capital and investments. Our brand Pa-Flex, which has become global by going beyond the borders of the country, competes in the markets of other countries as well as the Turkish market. We are constantly carrying out our works to improve ourselves and meet the needs of the sector by focusing on important issues such as strong brand stance, customer satisfaction-oriented approach, sales and marketing strategies and quality.
Thanks to our increasing sales rates every year, we have doubled our production capacity with our new factory in Sakarya/Hendek region, which we put into operation at the beginning of 2023. In the last year, we have become a frequently preferred brand in private sector and public projects with our increasing production capacity, short-term delivery times and quality products. Thanks to this, we are rightfully proud to add documents and certificates presented to us by various institutions and organizations to our structure.
We have left the first half of 2023 behind. How are your sales figures moving with the projects that started this year and were decided to continue?
Our globalized Pa-Flex branded products are frequently preferred in domestic/international, private sector and public projects, and our sales figures, which have increased every year, continue with the same graph this year. Thanks to our continuous work on product development, we have increased our awareness in the world by an even higher rate this year and have also increased our own records by the middle of 2023.
We continue to be the choice of projects with our high product quality and wide range of products that we produce according to the needs of the sector. Thanks to the private sector and public projects where our products are preferred, we increase our reference count every day.
We contact the right people at the right time with the sectoral research and studies of our sales, marketing and export departments. Thanks to the domestic and international fairs, sectoral trade delegations, purchasing delegations and other organizations that we have participated in and will participate in, we have the opportunity to reach countries and markets that we have not reached and introduce Pa-Flex. By examining the supply-demand and market balance of the sector, we ensure that our sales figures increase by conducting studies that make our products accessible to consumers with our own sales and marketing strategies.
